Construction Continues on New Auto Repair Shop

The old garage has been torn down and is being replaced with this new building
Construction work continues at 50 Concord Road, former site of Bierens Garage. The new building will also be a garage and features three service bays. The future repair shop, which is owned by Richard Iovino, also has a used car license that permits it to be able to display up to 3 cars for sale at any one time. The retail name of the new business has not yet been established.

Saw a for sale/for lease sign in front of the lot today. Change of plan?

Hi Stephen,

The latest I've heard is that the owners decided to build out a garage/repair shop and then try to least it out to another company.

It looks like that is going to be a pretty nice facility. Having good equipment is a pretty attractive quality when it comes to choosing an auto repair shop. No one wants to take their car to a place where they are worried about it being damaged by faulty equipment. Your car is already broken enough as it is. http://www.gpautomotive.net

My favorite thing about your shop is how it looks so very home-like. This is the kind of shop you would find in small town America. It seems as though every little community has an auto shop like this. It is very Americana in nature.

Real estate at this time is badly constructed using the low-cost possible resources and rarely permits proprietorship of the land it is built upon. In short, individuals are crazy enough to pour massive amounts of money into insignificant spaces in the sky, 400 meters up from the ground. ezEstate Dubai is using good quality material in their projects.
